This article was very helpful because it talked a lot about how to help people who sustain a brain injury. More specifically in this article it focuses on the rehabilitation of the attention. This can be really hard for a person depending on how severe their injury was and has proven effective.

In this video Brett Favre explains some of the side effects he suffers from as a result of his  concussions. This video is a great informational video for anyone who wants to know what its like for the individual.

1. "A Life Without Recreation, Leisure, and Sports" an article by Darrion Sterling This was an article that talked a lot about what life would be like if we were not allowed to do any of these activities. It talked about how miserable life would be for all of us and how we would never get to enjoy anything in life. It also talks about the impact that it would have on the communities as well as the economy if we went throughout life without these things.
